Return Policy
We stand by the quality of our products and want to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We will happily exchange or refund your order. Please take time to familiarise yourself with our returns terms and conditions before making a purchase online.
Returns terms and conditions
- Items must be returned within 15 business days
- Items must not be worn, altered or washed
- Items must have all original labels and tags intact
- Postage charges are not refundable
Faulty Items
If an item is faulty, we will happily repair or replace it free of charge.
If we cannot repair the garment, we will replace it subject to availability. If we cannot repair or replace the garment, we will issue you with a refund to the value of the purchase price. We will not replace items that have been damaged through wear and tear. We ask that items are laundered before returning.
Credits or refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of returned item.
How to return an item
- Please contact us through our contact link on the bottom of our homepage with your intent to return quoting your order number as reference, and we will issue you an Authority to Return
- Securely repackage your item
- Ship your package to the returns address below using and traceable method to ensure a safe delivery, supported with the Authority number
- You will receive an email once your returned item has been received and processed
- Please allow 5 working dates from receipt for the return to be processed

Sale Items
ISO the Label does not provide refunds on sale items but will happily exchange provided the original labels and tags are on the garment
